Altaness have their authentic and secluded winery in Lymington, in the Huon Valley, where they make their wines from grapes exclusively grown in the Huon region. The grapes are handpicked and the alcoholic fermentation takes place by the natural occurring yeasts on the grape skins, allowing each vintage to truly express the character of the Huon.
